• Full refund available 1 week prior to the first day of an event.
• Transfer funds to a future event available 1 day prior to the first day of an event.
Services
• Full refund available prior to initiating services.
• Refund minus 20% within the first 72-hours of signing a contract and/or making initial deposit.
• Beyond the 72-hour signing period, refund minus calculated rate of services delivered and minus 20% mid project.
• No refund after work completed.
